How It Works
- Student fills out the form — Enter your personal information, provide evidence for each of the 14 professional skills, complete the Drug-Free Pledge, and assign skills to up to 3 mentors/teachers.
- Share mentor links — Unique links are generated for each mentor. Copy and share the links with your mentors directly. Bookmark your status page to track progress.
- Mentors validate skills — Each mentor reviews the skills assigned to them, provides initials and comments, fills in their contact info, and signs electronically.
- Admin reviews — Once all mentors have completed their sections, an admin link becomes available on your status page. Share it with your school administrator for final review.
- Admin approves & PDF is generated — The administrator reviews the complete form, signs electronically, and approves it. A filled PDF matching the official OhioMeansJobs Readiness Seal Validation form is automatically generated and available for download.
